2 golden apples, 4 slices of brown bread, 1/2 "Camembert de Normandie", 30 g of butter, Pepper
Preparation :
Turn on the oven (th. 7).
Roast the slices of bread.
Cut the apple in two parts, dig them slightly and take the core out. Lay out the half apples into a dish, and add a bit of butter over.
Bake 10 minutes. Take the camembert rind off.
Cut the camembert in four parts.
Once the apples baked, take them out the oven, let them on the toasted slices and insert a piece of camembert in the center of each one.
Bake them 2 or 3 minutes.
Add pepper. Serve
