Date :  : Camembert Pie

250 g of flour, 125 g of butter, salt, 5 cl of water, 1 yolk, 4 eggs, 30 cl of cream, 1 "Camembert de Normandie", Salt, pepper

Preparation :

Mix the flour and the butter in pieces by kneading quickly. Add the yolk, salt and wet with the water in order to be able to roll the past in a bull. Let the paste in a fresh place for 2 hours. Spread it with a roller. Lay out this paste in a buttered and floured dish. Then, scrape slightly the rind of the camembert on the 2 faces and cut the cheese in pieces. Lay them out on the paste. Beat the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper. Pour this preparation on the paste and bake during 40 minutes at an average temperature. Serve hot.
