500 g of potatoes, 1 "Camembert de Normandie", Cider, Olive oil, Salt, pepper, Chive
Preparation :
Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water with their peel. Peel them and cut them out of thick rings.
In a pan, heat a mixture of cider and oil. Add the potatoes, salt, and pepper. Turn off and leave for 10 minutes. Cut the camembert in cubes and add them to the potatoes. Add the chive. Pour in a salad bowl and serve hot or warm.
